Working with DISA
Five desks. Two on-ramps. A PA is not a connection.
Sponsors stall when they treat DISA as one window. Authorization of the offering, permission to connect, the boundary stack, how people arrive, and the bill are different tickets — sometimes different agencies.
Desks
Authorization, connection, boundary, arrival, and the bill.

Two on-ramps

Phase Zero
Walk into the right office.
Leave with the sponsor
On-ramp RACI: KO, SNAP PO, CSP TAM, ISSM. Two lanes sequenced. Desks named.
Awareness, not performance
Phase Zero leaves the sponsor able to walk into the right office with the right object.
Make them aware of the desk. Do not submit the package unless they already hold it.
